The opening credits sequence features various photographic and painted views, as well as Oklahoma landmarks, superimposed on the New York City landscape: The Sioux Indian Chief statue in “Touch the Clouds” wears a War Bonnet and Bone Choker necklace (breastplate), placed atop the Brooklyn Bridge The Golden Driller statue, placed on the Statue of Liberty’s Route 66 Western Gateway Arch, placed on Major Manhattan “Avenue”. In New York City, Manhattan, these are a series of numbered “Avenues” which are crisscrossed by smaller numbered streets. I don’t think any other actor could have played this role.
His supporting actors are unnamed, I didn’t recognize any of the other cast members
Sly is bigger than the small screen and has been given the best lines in this show. I only saw episode 1 on YT, I don’t have Paramount, but if more is released on YT I’d definitely watch it. And filming in Tulsa gives the show a "flavor" as opposed to filming in Hollywood.
It suits him
I think Stallone has hit his peak with the Creed movies and this TV show. Age is doing him good. Glad he’s out of these action movies, which I think he’s outgrown.
