Remake of El agente topo (2020)
Synopsis
Charles, a retired man, gets a new lease on life when he answers an ad for a private detective and becomes a mole in an undercover investigation at a nursing home. Michael Schur was inspired to create “A Man On the Inside” after watching the Chilean documentary “The Mole Agent.” He says, “The Mole Agent” is powerful because it makes people feel something remarkably similar, regardless of age, ethnicity, or gender, and I would describe that feeling in a very reductive way, like, “I need to call my mom, we tried to do it.” something similar to the tone: Our show essentially contributes to that feeling of wanting to call our moms?.
How can you not appreciate Ted Danson
Legend for guys, like Tom Sellecks mustache. Anyway, I found this show to be the guy for everything.
Especially in the later stages when things really matter for the right reasons
Some pretty funny lines, two very attractive female characters who never fail, and also a great message about the connections you make in life. I also found this show to resonate with me because it touches on dementia.
I definitely recommend this series and look forward to the next season as well
The recent loss of my father, who battled this horrible disease, made me feel more connected. However, as each episode progressed, I became more invested and found each character charming and endearing in their own unique way.
