Synopsis
The Garvey sisters are united by the death of their parents and by a promise to always protect each other. Sharon Horgan (Eva) is the sister of former Irish rugby player Shane Horgan.

After watching Sharon Horgan in the series Catastrophe, I respect and admire her writing, comedy and acting so much that I now watch everything she does
Bad Sisters is wickedly funny, brilliantly written, brilliantly acted and brilliantly directed and just plain smart and so human – both for better and for worse, that it’s immediately noticeable. There is no real violence, no car crashes, no special effects, everything is very human, the real drama and torment of what some people do to others is tempered by hilarious circumstances and comedy.
I love this show
John Paul, the abusive husband of one sister, nicknamed “The Jerk” by all the sisters, is written and acted so wonderfully and diabolically that I don’t know if I will ever be able to see this actor in anything else again without him in charge. I hate that he is so evil in such a banal role.
Two minutes of watching him constantly call his wife “Mommy”
honestly, it’s infuriating because he is so realistic that you want to kill him yourself or make sure he dies. This series walks the fine line between comedy, drama and tragedy so perfectly that I have to give it a 10/10.
