Synopsis
A lazy late summer weekend is disrupted by a shocking accusation when Delphine receives an anonymous call from her husband’s colleague regarding an alleged affair with one of their adopted children. Before jumping to conclusions, she decides to quietly observe her family, searching for a shred of evidence; anything to ease her fears and erase her suspicions. When the truth is revealed in an unexpected, shocking way, Delphine decides to shed the guilt for a permanent solution. Kaveh Daneshmand’s boundary-pushing debut feature paints an intimate portrait of an upper-class French family with sly dark humor and plenty of sensuality.
