Anthony Mackie returns as the towering hero Sam Wilson, who officially takes on the mantle of Captain America. After meeting newly elected President of the United States, Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. In order for the real puzzle to see the whole world in red, he must uncover the cause of a nefarious global conspiracy.
