Story-wise, I enjoyed the series and have been a fan of Aldi since the first episode of Leverage
Synopsis
The series is an adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complex and brilliant detective Alex Cross. Hodge is the third actor to play Cross, following in the footsteps of Morgan Freeman, who first played him on screen in 1997’s Kiss the Girls and again in the 2001 sequel Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in 2012’s Alex Cross, which flopped at the box office and prompted Lionsgate to scrap a previously planned sequel, Double Cross.
Every scene was dark and hazy
My biggest complaint is the dark cinematography. Soon enough, there was a lot of smoke that seemed to distract me at times…
No one was smoking
where was it coming from? Forest fires?
like a permanent blackout or something
They can be outside with blue skies at noon and still find a way to make it dark… Other than that, I won’t spoil the ending, but it got a little out of hand and then tried too hard to tie up every possible loose end…
